We are excited to introduce the Atrium Courtesy Discount Program, designed exclusively for employees of companies working in the Atrium Building at 2515 Foresight Circle. As a valued occupant of this building, ICON Eyecare is pleased to extend a special courtesy discount to the businesses and their employees that share our space!

  • LASIK

    LASIK is a laser procedure that treats nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism by creating a corneal flap and reshaping the cornea.

    PRK is another laser treatment option. Unlike LASIK, that requires creating a corneal flap, PRK allows for the growth of a new corneal layer after laser treatment.

Terms & Conditions
  • Voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Voucher is only redeemable by employees of companies leasing space at 2515 Foresight Circle at ICON Eyecare for self-pay only refractive procedures of LASIK and PRK, for a maximum of $1,000 off per eye for one time use only.
  • Voucher expires on December 31, 2024.
  • Voucher is not redeemable for cash or reimbursement.
  • Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
  • Exclusions: Vouchers and discounts do not apply to optometrists, primary care physicians, and their employees.
  • To be eligible to redeem voucher, patient must complete a Refractive Consultation appointment at and be deemed a medically eligible candidate by ICON Eyecare for LASIK or PRK vision correction procedures.
  • Call ICON Eyecare at (970) 256-0400 and mention to the teammate that you are using an “Atrium Courtesy” card when booking your Refractive Consultation.
  • All existing Terms and Conditions for Vision Commitment Plan apply.
  • ICON Eyecare reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where reasonable and necessary for security, regulatory or other legal reasons.
  • In accordance with Stark Law and Anti-Kickback statutes, ICON Eyecare teammates are prohibited from awarding discount vouchers or any other form of financial incentives to optometrists, primary care physicians, and their employees.
  • ICON Eyecare reserves the right to terminate the Atrium Courtesy Discount Program at any time for any reason.
